Overview
Jeet Kune Do (“Art of Intercepting Fist”) was created and popularized by Bruce Lee (Lee Jun-fan). A hybrid martial arts philosophy formed from his experiences in unarmed fighting and self-defense, eclectic Zen Buddhist and Taoist philosophies — a new school of martial arts thought emphasising efficiency, directness, and the absence of rigid style.
